The farm offers two possible accomodations; an independent villa 200 m from the main building with private pool, and 5 double rooms in the historical mansion.

The villa is divided in 3 apartments, that can be rented out individually or all togheter for a family or friends that want to spend some faboulus days in the Tuscan countryside.

The owner has renovated the villa according to sustainable architecture criteria in order to offer you a comfortable stay in a stunning atmosphere made of ochre color of the clay in the surrounding vineyard.

The villa offers 3 independent apartments:Beds 14 - Batheroom 6, Bedrooms 7. 5 extra chairbeds available.

IL POGETTO: Sleep 8 (2 extra beds)
Is located on the first floor, climbing the brick stairs on the North side to the small terrace, overlooking Terricciola and the hills.
The apartment has 4 double rooms en suite, facing the large living room with a traditional fireplace.
Designed for small groups spending amazing holidays in the Chiantishire, or for large families who wish to pass together a few days off, it offers you the silence and the warmth of the Tuscan atmosphere.
The rooms, with clay floor tiles and hand made ceramics, have been decorated with the color of our grapes: green as the Vermentino leaves in July, gold as the Trebbiano grapes in October, blue as the Sangiovese skins in September, red as the just poured Merlot.
The apartment is equipped with heating, satellite TV, radio and free WIFI and was completely renovated in 2006. in front of the main entrance, a private outdoor space, with tables and chairs.

LA MANGIATOIA: Sleep 2 (1 extra bed)
The apartment was the old horse stable that has been renovated restoring the old brick trough, the river stone walls and the concrete floor. Designed for couples looking for a love nest or families with a baby, it has the original Tuscan country style, offering you all modern comforts. Located in the basement and decorated in olive and sage colors, it will ensure you a cool rest.
The apartment is equipped with heating, satellite TV and free WIFI and was completely renovated in 2008. In front of the main entrance, a private outdoor space, with table and chairs.

LA STALLA: Sleep 4 (2 extra beds)
The apartment, with living-kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside, a stone oven will make your evenings even more congenial in the open air with appetizing dishes.
At guests disposal, on the east side of the building, the laundry room and the large swimming pool (10 x 5mt).
Heating, TV sat and WIFI connection are available in the house.

The outdoor pool (10x5mt) the laundry room with a washing machine (coin-operated) and ironing board, a brick oven and grill for barbecues,a covered parking area is at the disposal of all of the Farmhouse guests.
Pets are welcome.

In the main historical mansion of the estate offers 5 double rooms:

DAILIA (sleep 2+2) :
This is undoubtedly the most impressive room with the most amazing view. Guests spending a night in the Dalia room, wish a good morning in front of the famous Volterra cliffs and the rolling hills of the lands of Pisa. The room is decorated in a rustic style, with a large wrought iron bed and a comfortable sofa bed.

GIGlLIO (sleep 2):
Classic and modern style blend between modern and vintage furnishings, hand-painted ceramics, antiques and unique pieces of design. The warm tones of blue and cognac create the eclectic atmosphere of this room, where furnishings collected during the last century are treasured.

MAGNOLIA - suite family room made by the rooms CAMELIAand MUGHETTO (Sleep 4+2):
The rooms located on the attic floor of the Villa, overlooking the pool and the St. John bell tower respectively. In between, the roomy bathroom with the antique porcelain bathtub. Camelia room, has an original 60s-style Italian furniture, decorated in purple red and white; Mughetto room has two original wooden Empire style beds, from the early ‘900 and it’s decorated in light blue and vanilla.

CAMELIA -(sleep 2 +1)
In the past, the servants of the Pitti’s family were living on the attic floor, elegantly decorated with vaulted ceilings. Today, beautiful draperies, dress up the windows facing the pool and the delicate contrast between red and white petals of the camellias bright up the Camelia room. The original early ’60s furnishings have been masterfully restored to offer our guests a traditional décor experience, inspired by the red and fuchsia tones of the original ceramics floor tiles in the large bathroom with tub and antique porcelain.

EDERA (sleep2):i
Is the only room that has a private large terrace with sofa, umbrella, chairs and a table, overlooking our pool and the Volterra hills. This is definitely the perfect accommodation for a romantic stay. Enjoy relaxing in the Tuscan countryside, an intimate lovely breakfast for two of you, at the sunrise, or a candle lit private dinner.

Guests staying in the Villa have exclusive access to the large swimming pool with mosaic tiles and Jacuzzi.
Pool towels are at your disposal daily for free, by the pool.

Breakfast is usually served outside in the garden, or in the Lemonhouse on the rare occasions when the weather conditions are less agreeable.

A free WIFI connection is available in the rooms and in the garden.
Private parking area close to the Lemonhouse.

RELIGIOUS OR CIVIL WEDDING ATAGRITURISMO TERRICCIOLA
At Agriturismo Terricciola you can perform both an open air blessing surrounded by oak trees or a religious ceremony in the private and intimate chapel or a civil wedding in the park, then welcome your guests in the garden or by the pool, open air, in the shadow of centuries-old trees and elegant marquees.
By the evening, or if you prefer a more intimate room, you can enjoy the party in the large Lemonhouse that overlooks the cliffs of Volterra, lit up by the sunset. The park of the Villa, comfortably accommodates up to 300 people and it’s fully equipped: catering rooms, furniture for bars and buffet and charming dehor for dining by poolside.
