Villa Baia al mare” is an independent residence with 12 sleeps.
The ground floor is composed by a large kitchen, a large dining room, pantry and laundry room, two double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a large living room with wide windows with sea views, tv and large terrace overlooking the sea.
On the second floor there are two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with Jacuzzi) four bedrooms (three doubles, one twin) with large bright windows overlooking the sea. Two bedrooms have also a terrace that can be used as a solarium.
Services Circular swimming pool with sea water and bathroom, large garden with English lawns and trees (pittosporum, tamarisk trees, oaks and arbutus), wi-fi, air conditioning and heating with heat pump in all the house.
You can walk to the sea through the stairs that connect the villa to the cliff (flat and practical) where you can sunbathe, fish, dive for swimming or go snorkelling.
