Located in a residential villa area, Villa Lilium enjoys beautiful lake views and a quiet garden among olive trees. With a short walk along a well-kept pedestrian path, a beautiful and well equipped beach can be reached, where it is possible to swim in the blue waters of the lake.
Villa Lilium has the typical Italian villa layout, with the main entrance in the middle of the house, living and dining area on the ground floor, bedrooms on the top floor, connected to the rest of the house by a centrally built staircase. First floor: main bedroom, generously sized, with double bed and a single sofabed for a child: doors to one balcony and one furnished terrace, with beautiful lake-view. Further 3 double bedrooms (two twins with joinable beds), one with door to garden, one with door to furnished terrace. 3 bathrooms, two with tub/shower (one with jacuzzi), one with shower. Air conditioning with individual control in each room. Altogether accommodation available for 8 adults + 1 child (+2 adults on the sofa-bed of the ground floor)
