The villa is located in a residential area, with beautiful lake views and a peaceful garden among local plants and olive trees.
With a short walk of a few hundred meters, you will reach a beautiful and equipped beach, where you can dive in the blue waters of the lake.
For those who do not want to venture down to the lake there is a nice pool with a view (10×5 m depth 0:40 to 1:40.).
Villa Patrizia has been built on a steep terrain, so the gate leads to the green lawn in front of the house and the porch with, with space for two cars.
On the ground floor, from the garden, there’s access to a separate apartment with double sofa bed, small cooking corner and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The entrance to the main floor of the house is by a staircase of 19 steps, which lead to a terrace of 12 x 3 meters, with spectacular 180 ° on the lake. The doors of the kitchen and adjoining dining room / lounge open directly onto this terrace. Alternatively, from the level of the garden in front of the house, you can access the rear part (and the pool level) of the house, where the bedrooms also are, going up one side of the garden walkway.
The kitchen is quite large and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. From the kitchen, through a door, there’ s acces to the large open-plan dining room / living room with fireplace, which is used as a dining area and area with sofas, including a sofa bed for two, complete with hi-fi stereo system and satellite TV.
