The outside is various: terrace with shattered loggia, barbeque with equipped area for meals “ein plein air” and the well-kept garden with swimming pool (for exclusive use of the guests), sun-umbrellas, lying chairs and gazebo. The villa lies in hilly position and is located at the border between Tuscany and Umbria, just 18km from Cortona, beautiful Etruscan town
