Nestled in the large well-kept garden full of plants a flowers, you will find the beautiful pool. The owners' love and care have turned the former farm house into a splendid country house, equipped with every modern comfort, using only natural, chemical-free products. The villas been covered with a cork roof, the floors are made of warm Tuscan terracotta and the walls are painted with water colours.

On the ground floor there is the sitting room, brightly painted in Estruscan red. The original 17th-century chest compliments the focal point of the room: a 19th-century liberty fireplace made of pietra serena. There are also two modern and comfortable sofas (that could be fold out turning in two extra sleeps). Next to the living-room there is a spacious dining room, painted in a yellow-earth colour featuring another fireplace, ideal for grilling. The painted glass-fronted cupboard is from the 18th century while the sofa, the chest of drawers and the plate cabinet are all dating from the 19th century. From here guests can access a reading and writing area situated under brick and stone vaults, and to a small but precious toilet.

The kitchen is beautifully decorated with handmade painted tiles in the colours of old cortonese ceramics and fully-equipped with a 5-flames gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge and a freezer. A stone staircase, leading to the first floor ,has a bookcase with a wide range of Italian, English and French books.

At the top of this staircase, a beautiful stained- glass door leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom is decorated in antique pink, orange and gold and has an antique French-size bed, the headboard and the abat-jours, all dating back to the 18th century. There is also a wardrobe and two large antique mirrors. From the window, guests can see the pool and the surroundings wood. The other bedroom has got twin beds and is decorated in lilac with modern furnishings.

Downstairs, in a lower floor, there are four more bedrooms, all having its private entrance and direct access to the garden. One large double bedroom featuring also a sofa-bed, a shower room and three other double bedrooms, all provided with en-suite shower-room. There is also a bathroom and a small hall-way with sofa-bed.

In the lower garden, there is a wooden shed used as laundry room. Under the wide terrace, ideal place for wonderful outdoor dinners, there is a garage. From Villa Antico Pino a beautiful path opens into the woods and squirrels and pheasants aren't hard to find.
